The former personal attorney for Donald Trump has resigned as New Jersey's top federal prosecutor. This decision was prompted by a judicial decision that questioned her eligibility to hold the office.
Official Departure
US Attorney General, the Attorney General, accepted her stepping down on Monday. In a statement that the appeals court finding made it unworkable for the official to lead the department effectively.
"Do not interpret following the order as giving up," she declared. "My fight will now reach across America."
